Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We proudly offer worldwide shipping to most countries around the globe.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100 USD.

When will I receive my order?

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to process and prepare for shipment.
After your order has been fulfilled, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note: shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, or local postal service conditions.

Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?

To ensure faster delivery, your items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. Don’t worry — if one package arrives first, the rest will be on their way shortly!


🛒 ORDERS

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible at jaram.vision@gmail.com .

Address changes are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order and before the order has been processed or shipped.

Can I change the size, color, or product after ordering?

We can modify your order only if it has not yet been processed.

Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for any changes. Once your order has entered production or been shipped, we are unable to make modifications.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipment. Once your order has entered production or been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.


🔁 EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

All sales are final. Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges or returns for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jaram.vision@gmail.com with photos and a short video showing the issue. 

Once confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost — you won’t need to return the defective item. 


🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs Delays

Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance procedures.

Unfortunately, neither Jaram Vision nor the shipping carrier can control these delays, and they may extend delivery time by up to several weeks in some cases.

Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country’s import regulations, customs fees or taxes may apply upon arrival.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
