退款政策

At Jaram Vision, every order is carefully checked and packaged before shipment.
We take pride in the quality of our products and service.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Because most of our products are made to order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons such as size issues, color preference, or change of mind.
🔁 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jaram.vison@gmail.com.
To help us verify the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the problem
- A short video demonstrating the issue (if applicable)
- A brief description of what happened
Once our team reviews and confirms the issue, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.
You do not need to return the defective or incorrect product.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items damaged due to improper use or handling
- Final sale or clearance items
- Intimate products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, etc.)
💳 Refunds
In cases where a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued instead.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us again.
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us.
We’ll help track your order and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement shipment.
Please note that Jaram Vision is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
